By way of example and not exhaustively, the materials may be reproduced, distributed, disclosed and/or published in interactive and/or multimedia form, public performance, TV broadcasts, events, web publications (including, for example, a newsletter) and social media, such as in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, current and futures, public projection, diffusion on paper, optical and magnetic media, through inclusion in electronic channels and/or websites managed by companies or third parties;
3) to display the materials in a place that will be chosen by the companies;
4) to carry out all information, promotional and commercial activities that exploit the materials and the event, for the duration of time that the companies, in its complete discretion, deems suitable to the pursuit of objectives.

It is understood that the use of the materials will take place with full respect for the dignity of the subjects portraits/films, and therefore, no use will be made in any way that could, also
only potentially, cause damage to decorum, honor and reputation.

In view of the above, the undersigned declares that I have nothing to claim, and
guarantees that it will refrain from making any claims, for any reason, against the two
company and/or any third party who created or uses the materials, behind
authorization or on behalf of DJ Faber Zee, such as but not limited to suppliers,
sponsors, distributors, for the assignment of the rights to exploit the materials established here.
